    $weeklyTestGroups is already empty before Thursday, for non-teachers, and
    on a checkout with MODULE_TEACHER_LESSON_TEST_SCORE off; the rule behind
    that lives in App\Services\WeeklyTestReminder, not here.

    Not dismissible, unlike the Telegram banner next to it: this one is a
    to-do that clears itself the moment the срез is recorded, so a "hide"
    button would only ever hide outstanding work.
